  • Publication number: 20240120217
Abstract: A substrate treatment method includes: performing a first heat treatment on a substrate on which a coating film of a metal-containing resist has been formed and subjected to an exposure treatment, to form the metal-containing resist into a precursor in an exposed region of the coating film; thereafter, performing a second heat treatment on the substrate to condense the metal-containing resist formed into the precursor in the exposed region of the coating film; and thereafter, performing a developing treatment on the substrate.

  • Patent number: 11440530
Abstract: A speed change control system for a vehicle configured to reduce uncomfortable feeling of a driver when shifting an operating mode via the fixed mode. When a required drive force to propel the vehicle is increased, a controller shifts the operating mode from a first continuously variable mode to a second continuously variable mode via a fixed mode. In this case, the controller increases an engine speed to a first target speed from a point when shifting from the fixed mode to the second continuously variable mode, and further increase the engine speed to a second target speed calculated based on the required drive force. In addition, the controller reduces the first target speed with an increase in at least any one of a first elapsed time and a second elapsed time.

  • Patent number: 11325581
Abstract: A control system for a hybrid vehicle configured to start an engine promptly during propulsion in an electric vehicle mode. Electric power generation resulting from cranking the engine by a first motor is greater in the first electric vehicle mode compared to a second electric vehicle mode. A controller that is configured to determines whether an acceptable input power to an electric storage unit is smaller than a threshold value. If the acceptable input power to the electric storage unit is smaller than the threshold value, selection of the first electric vehicle mode is inhibited.

  • Patent number: 8676464
Abstract: A vehicle control system configured to stabilize a behavior of a vehicle during turning by correcting a driving force or a braking force. The vehicle control system comprises a lateral acceleration detecting means detecting longitudinal acceleration acting in an axle direction of the vehicle Ve (step S102); and a driving/braking force correcting means determining a changing amount Fctrl and a changing rate DFctrl of the correction based on the lateral acceleration Gy in case the running vehicle Ve is turned.
