Abstract: Provided herein are a system and method for investing, allocating and periodically distributing pooled capital between investors sorted into a plurality of cohorts based on one or more of age, gender, and investor type. The system and method described herein may periodically distribute to investors capital generated from investment returns and mortality of the investors, as will be described in greater detail below. The system may include at least one computing device that provides a computing platform to enable fund managers and, in some embodiments, individual or retail investors, to interface with the system. The platform may guide individual investors through an onboarding process involving collection of information about the investor, such as age, gender and investor type.

Abstract: Described is a method for exchanging a subscription asset for shares of an investment fund in an investment fund corporation, the method comprising: considering a subscription asset offered by a client; considering an equivalent value asset offered by an institutional investor in exchange for shares of an in-kind fund in the investment fund corporation; receiving the subscription asset from the client in exchange for subscription shares of the in-kind fund; receiving the equivalent value asset from the institutional investor in exchange for shares of the in-kind fund; holding the subscription asset in the in-kind fund; and converting the subscription shares of the in-kind fund into shares of an investment fund in the investment fund corporation.
