  • Patent number: 11681603
Abstract: An illustrative resolution is generated using a computer for a reported operational issue while using a computer system. A learning model is developed using the computer to facilitate resolving an operational error of a computer system. The learning model can include generating an error report, based on tracking user inputs into a computer system and a plurality of state transitions of the computer system, respectively, when the operational error is not resolved by the user inputs. An error screenshot for each operational step associated with the user inputs is generated. A state transition is cross referenced to a corresponding operational step, and to a best practice in a user's manual, respectively. A deviation of an operational step from a best practice in the user's manual, respectively, is generated. An error screenshot is marked illustratively to show the deviation from the best practice in comparison to the operational step.

  • Patent number: 10682298
Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for preparing an antimicrobial particulate composition. The invention also relates to personal care or hygiene composition comprising an antimicrobial particulate composition obtainable by the process in accordance with this invention. The invention more particularly relates to a process for preparing an antimicrobial metal nanoparticles immobilized in an inorganic porous material and also incorporating these particles in personal care or hygiene compositions. The antimicrobial particulate composition comprises 0.05% to 3% by weight of antimicrobial metal particles and 97 to 99.95% by weight of immobilizer comprising an inorganic porous material selected from zinc oxide, magnesium hydroxide or calcium carbonate.

  • Patent number: 10661496
Abstract: The present invention relates to surface modification of materials. In particular the invention relates to a process for surface modification of polymeric materials to make the surface non-stick in order to reduce the ability of materials to stick on it and thus provide an easy flow. The process comprises embossing the surface of an object with a pattern comprising micropillars having different shapes (circle, square, rectangular, polygonal prismatic) with an equivalent circular diameter, height and pitch in the range 10-200 microns; applying a layer of adhesive to get a coverage of 0.1 to 5 mg/cm on the embossed surface either by spray coating or dip coating; depositing 0.2 to 1.2 mg/cm of hydrophobic particles wherein the hydrophobic particles have a particle size in the range 0.1 to 10 microns.

  • Publication number: 20110232522
Abstract: It has been found that hydrophobicity and stain-resistance can be imparted to a substrate by contacting the substrate with soap and a polyaluminum chloride in presence of water under specific range of pH, while the further addition of a quaternary silicone oil imparts oily soil repellence.
