  • Patent number: 11639377
Abstract: The disclosure discloses a preparation of type I collagen-like fibers and a method for regulating and controlling the periodic length of fiber stripes thereof, belonging to the technical field of genetic engineering. The disclosure produces a three-segment chimeric collagen P-CL-P pattern by inserting a continuous Gly-Xaa-Yaa triplet collagen sequence in the middle based on the N- and C-terminal (GPP)n sequences. The self-assembly is driven by the interaction between the N- and C-terminal (GPP)n triple helixes to form banded fibers with periodic bright and dark stripes. According to the method of the disclosure, a fiber from a clean source, which can self-assemble to form periodic bright and dark stripes can be prepared, the structure of which is similar to type I collagen, the preparation process is simple, the collagen fiber with low cost can be produced on a large scale, and the method has broad application prospects in the field of biological materials.

  • Patent number: 11636688
Abstract: A first image is obtained prior to a second image. Upon dividing the second image into a plurality of zones, light characteristic values for each of the plurality of zones are determined based on at least one of a brightness value, a contrast value, and an intensity value for the respective zones. A first difference score for one of the zones is determined based on a difference between corresponding light characteristic values for the one zone in the first and second images. Upon identifying an object in the one zone of the first and second images, a second difference score for the one zone is determined based on determining a difference between respective confidence scores associated with the corresponding identified objects. Upon determining at least one of the first or second difference score is greater than a respective threshold, the vehicle is operated based on the first image.

  • Publication number: 20230082121
Abstract: The disclosure relates, in part, to computer-based visualization of stent position within a blood vessel. A stent can be visualized using intravascular data and subsequently displayed as stent struts or portions of a stent as a part of a one or more graphic user interface(s) (GUI). In one embodiment, the method includes steps to distinguish stented region(s) from background noise using an amalgamation of angular stent strut information for a given neighborhood of frames. The GUI can include views of a blood vessel generated using distance measurements and demarcating the actual stented region(s), which provides visualization of the stented region. The disclosure also relates to display of intravascular diagnostic information such as indicators. An indicator can be generated and displayed with images generated using an intravascular data collection system. The indicators can include one or more viewable graphical elements suitable for indicating diagnostic information such as stent information.
