Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device for image quality enhancement based on a super-resolution neural network. The present disclosure in at least one embodiment provides an image quality enhancement method optimized for distortion characteristics of a target image, including generating one or more training datasets with one or more distortions, obtaining training distortion characteristic values respectively by inputting the one or more training datasets into a degradation encoder neural network (DEN), obtaining a service distortion characteristic value by inputting a service dataset comprising image patches of the target image into the degradation encoder neural network, computing a similarity between each of the training distortion characteristic values and the service distortion characteristic value, and selecting the training dataset having the highest similarity to the service distortion characteristic value.

At least one projection is formed on the sleeve member and the first cam member is fixed at the inside cylindrical surface of the outer cylinder. A projection is formed on the second cam member and the projection is inserted into the groove of a sleeve member and allows the up and down movement against the sleeve member. A spring is installed at the lower part of the second cam member to push the second cam member towards the first cam member.

A third member having a wire in which one end is connected to the taper arm and the other end is connected to the lead arm and a covering member in which one end is connected to the taper holder and the other end is connected to the case so that the wire is slidable in the covering member and the opening/closing pin is pushed by an operation of the taper arm which is engaged with the wire when the lead arm is operated by the button. The pushing force of the button can be controlled by the length of the taper arm and the rod arm. The height of a chair is adjusted easily and conveniently as the button is installed in the arm resting member of a chair.
