    Abstract: A LCD includes a liquid crystal panel having a first common voltage supply line and a second common voltage supply line, a common voltage generator, and a first common voltage compensator and a second common voltage compensator. The common voltage generator generates a first common voltage and a second common voltage. The first common voltage compensator and the second common voltage compensator generate a first compensated common voltage and a second compensated common voltage, respectively. The first compensated common voltage and the second compensated common voltage compensate for a first ripple voltage and a second ripple voltage in a first common voltage and a second common voltage generated at the first common voltage supply line and the second common voltage supply line, respectively.
