    Abstract: A glycerylphosphorylethanolamine (GPE) skeleton compound and a lipid nanoparticle (LNP)-based drug carrier with the same are provided. The GPE skeleton compound has a structure shown in formula (I): A dithiolane structure is modified on a hydrophilic phosphate terminus of the GPE, such that the dithiolane structure is more fully exposed on a surface of the LNP, and the surface of the LNP can expose more dithiolane, thereby further promoting endocytosis of the LNP by mucosal cells. The GPE skeleton compound has a wide adjustment range in an LNP formulation and can increase a content of the dithiolane in the LNP. A nucleic acid-LNP composition and a pharmaceutical preparation are further provided, and can be used for ocular delivery, pulmonary inhalation delivery, and nasal spray of nucleic acid drugs, providing a new option for extrahepatic delivery of the nucleic acid drugs.

The terminal comprises a smartphone and an emergency power generating assembly cooperating with the smartphone; the emergency power generating assembly includes an induction coil and a first magnet reciprocating relative to the induction coil, the first magnet moves relative to the induction coil to cut the magnetic induction lines of the first magnet, the induction coil is used to charge a lithium battery of the smartphone. By shaking the smartphone, the first magnet moves relative to the induction coil, making the induction coil to cut the magnetic induction lines of the first magnet to generate an electromotive force, achieving energy conversion and transmission. By rotating the driving assembly, it is able to generate power for temporary calls or location service when there is no power bank or external power supply, thus the present invention has strong practicality.

    Abstract: A generative adversarial multi-headed attention neural network self-learning method for aero-engine data reconstruction belongs to the field of end-to-end self-learning of aero-engine missing data. First, the samples are pre-processed, and the machine learning algorithm is used to pre-fill the normalized data first, and the pre-filled information is involved in the network training as part of the training information. Second, a generative adversarial multi-headed attention network model is constructed and the trained sample set is used to train the generative adversarial multi-headed attention network model. Finally, the samples are generated using the trained sample generator G. The method uses the generative adversarial network to better learn the distribution information of the data, and uses parallel convolution and multi-headed attention mechanism to fully exploit the spatial and temporal information among the aero-engine data.
