The main tension wheel includes a spiral spring rolled on the main tension spring and abutting against the auxiliary tension wheel, and an operation rope are rolled on the first and second drive wheels respectively. The spiral spring includes an elasticity section having a fixed part made in a common curvature, a buffer part made in an increased curvature, a first resisting part made in a decreased curvature, a second resisting part made in a lowest curvature, and a fixing part formed on a distal end of the second resisting part. An elasticity of the second resisting part is more than the first resisting part, and an elasticity of the first resisting part is more than the buffer part.

    Abstract: A control device comprises an upper fixing plate, a lower fixing plate, a coil spring, and a first gear and a second gear which are arranged between the upper and lower fixing plates. The first and second gears are engaged with each other. Each of the first and second gears has a coil spring fixing portion and a coil fixing portion arranged thereon. When the window blind is pulled up, one end of the coil spring is connected with the coil spring fixing portion of the first gear and the other end of the coil spring is winded around the coil spring fixing portion of the second gear. The gear structure may simplify the structure of the control device. The structure and the driving relation are easier and hard to malfunction and further to reduce the occupied space for being suitable for the window blinds with specific sizes.

    Abstract: A cord winding structure for cordless blind is assembled in a cordless blind. A cord winder includes an upper case and a lower case which are respectively arranged a plurality of columns and posts and combined with each other by bolts. At least one winding wheel for winding a bearing rope, a driving wheel, and a driven wheel arranged corresponding to the driving wheel are assembled to the columns. The driving wheel, the driven wheel, and the winding wheel are respectively formed a gear-like driving portion. The gear-like driving portions of the wheels are engaged with one another. The driving wheel has a gradient coil spring which has different curvatures to result in a front end with weaker elasticity and a rear end with stronger elasticity. The front end of the gradient coil spring is winded on the driven wheel to make the cordless blind correctly be operated.

The angle adjustment of the leaves of the blind set is realized by rotating the wrapping reel. When the bottom rail is pulled downwardly, the pull cords are driving the wrapping reel to rotate. The pull cord arranged on the coil spring control device is pulled out and wrapped around the wrapping reel.
