    Abstract: A high PAR maintenance rate type high pressure sodium lamp with an auxiliary starting switch is provided with an external glass tube and a discharge tube which is arranged at the center in the external glass tube and coaxial with the external glass tube. The surface of the discharge tube is provided with a metal lead. The left and right ends of an external glass shell are provided with pressure sealing plates which are fused and sealed through high temperature. The pressure sealing plates are internally provided with conductive sheets. One end of the discharge tube is connected with the conductive sheet of the left end through a left internal conductive support, and the other end is connected with the conductive sheet of the right end through an auxiliary starting switch component.

    Abstract: An electronic paper display module includes a substrate, a circuit layer disposed on one side of the substrate, an insulating layer disposed on the substrate and the circuit layer, an electronic paper display layer disposed on one side of the insulating layer opposite from the circuit layer and partially passes through the insulating layer to electrically connect with the circuit layer, an electrical connecting member, and a top protective layer disposed on the insulating layer and the electronic paper display layer. The top protective layer, insulating layer and circuit layer cooperatively seal the electronic paper display layer. The circuit layer, insulating layer, electrical connecting member and substrate cooperatively seal the circuit layer. A method for making the electronic paper display module and an electronic paper display device are also provided. A bottom protective layer is no longer required, which simplifies the fabrication process and reduces cost.

The dual mode scaling unit is coupled to the dual mode determination unit and the decoder for scaling the set of updated SI according to the determination result to generate a set of scaled SI acting as an input of the decoder for next iteration.

The decoding method includes: receiving a message and executing an iteration decoding to the message; obtaining first belief values of the message in an (i?1)th iteration; obtaining a first energy summation of the first belief values; obtaining second belief values of the message in an ith iteration; obtaining a second energy summation of the second belief values; determining whether the second energy summation is smaller than the first energy summation and whether a difference between the first energy summation and the second energy summation is larger than a first threshold; if yes, generating a decoding result according to the first belief values. Therefore, a bit error rate of the decoding is decreased.
