    Abstract: This disclosure provides a solution for processing outliers in a time series. In the method, a time series model is obtained based on a first set of observed values. Outliers are identified from the first set of observed values based on the differences between the first set of observed values and a first set of predicted values. The first set of predicted values is obtained from the first set of observed values by using the time series model. A model evaluation measure representing differences between a second set of observed values and a second set of predicted values is calculated. The second set of predicted values is obtained from the second set of observed values by using the time series model. And replacement values for the outliers are determined in response to the model evaluation measure not meeting a predefined criterion.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to novel processes for the preparation of compounds of Formula I. Some of these compounds are useful as simulators of soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC). Others are useful intermediates towards the preparation of said simulators. These processes are amenable to large scale preparation and produce stable 3-(2-pyrimidinyl)pyrazoles of Formula I in high purity and yields. The present invention has the additional advantage of facile reaction conditions, amenable to scale up for large scale manufacturing. The disclosure also provides novel intermediates useful in the preparation of said compounds.

The same method and reference are used to perform a Raman spectroscopy test on raw coal to be tested, so as to calculate the value of baseline drift in a Raman spectrum of the raw coal to be tested, and obtain the moisture and volatile matter content of the raw coal to be tested.
