  • Patent number: 12169474
Abstract: Disclosed are various approaches for using drag-and-drop to open local files remotely. In one approach, a client device renders a user interface including a first indicium corresponding to a local file of the client device and a second indicium corresponding to a remotely executed application. A drag-and-drop action of the first indicium relative to the second indicium is detected. Responsive to the drag-and-drop action, the remotely executed application opens a copy of the local file.

  • Patent number: 12110544
Abstract: In a method for extracting microbial DNA from milk, the extracted DNA can be directly used for PCR amplification. The method includes the following steps: treating milk with TE solution, fully disrupting microbial cells by bead milling, immobilizing proteins in the middle layer between the aqueous and organic phases with high-vacuum silicone grease so as to prevent impurities in the middle layer from entering the aqueous phase, etc. The extracted DNA has a high degree of intactness, high concentration and purity.

  • Patent number: 12031119
Abstract: In a method for enriching and separating an anaerobic fiber-degrading bacterium on the basis of cellulosic magnetic nanoparticles, the cellulosic magnetic nanoparticles are prepared by coating cellulose on the surface of a magnetic nanomaterial. Bacteria attach to the cellulosic magnetic nanoparticles. Anaerobic fiber-degrading bacteria degrade the cellulose and then detach from the cellulosic magnetic nanoparticles, and the anaerobic fiber-degrading bacteria are obtained by means of separation using a magnet. The magnetic nano-separation technology can be used as a new technology to efficiently separate anaerobic fiber-degrading bacteria.

  • Patent number: 11782881
Abstract: Disclosed are various approaches for recommending remotely executed applications for opening files. In one approach, an indication is received that a user desires to open the local file of a client device remotely. At least one remotely executed application is identified to open the local file remotely. A user interface is rendered by the client device that facilitates selection from among the remotely executed application(s). A user selection of a particular remotely executed application generated through the user interface is received. The particular remotely executed application opens the local file remotely.

  • Publication number: 20210334118
Abstract: Disclosed are various approaches for opening local files in remotely executed applications. In one approach, a user request is received to open a local file of a client device remotely. A remotely executed application is identified to open the local file. The client device automatically transfers the local file to a remote data store accessible to the remotely executed application. The remotely executed application opens a copy of the local file from the remote data store.

  • Patent number: 10237344
Abstract: A method includes transmitting, from a virtual desktop client operating in a hypertext markup language (HTML) based browser application running on a client device to a remote virtual desktop agent on a server, a command to copy a file. In response to receiving the command to the copy the file, receiving, at the client device, a path from the remote virtual desktop agent, where the path is used to identify a location of the file to a web server. The method includes receiving, at the client device, a command from a user to paste the file. In response to this command, the method includes transmitting, from the virtual desktop client on the browser application on the client device, a hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) command to the web server to retrieve the file. The method also includes receiving, at the client device, the file from the web server.
