Abstract: A charging-discharging device includes a body, a first electrical connection assembly connected to the body and configured to be connected with a battery in a gimbal handle, a second electrical connection assembly connected to the body and configured to be connected with an external device. The second electrical connection assembly includes a plurality of interfaces. The charging-discharging device further includes a charging circuit and a discharging circuit each connected to one or more of the plurality of interfaces, and a control circuit configured to obtain connection states of the plurality of interfaces and, according to the connection states of the plurality of interfaces control the charging circuit to work to charge the gimbal handle or control the discharging circuit to work to charge the external device with the gimbal handle as a power supply.
