Abstract: A high-voltage DC relay with permanent magnet arc extinguishing function includes two static contact leading-out terminals having static contacts; a movable contact piece having movable contacts; first permanent magnets around the movable contact piece, wherein a side having polarity of the first permanent magnets faces the contacts such that arc extinction is implemented using a horizontal magnetic field formed by the first permanent magnets; and third permanent magnets provided on the static contact leading-out terminals, the polarity of the sides facing the contacts of the third permanent magnets is opposite to that of the first permanent magnets such that magnetic field strength at the contacts can be enhanced by a longitudinal magnetic field formed by the first and the third permanent magnets, and arc extinction can be implemented.

Abstract: A relay includes a contact container having a contact chamber, a pair of first through holes and a second through hole communicated with the contact chamber; a pair of static contact leading-out terminals passed through the first through holes and connected to the contact container; a connector passing through the second through hole and connected to the contact container; a first magnetizer provided in the contact chamber and connected to the connector; and a pushing rod assembly including a movable component with a movable contact piece. The movable component is movably provided in the contact chamber to make the movable contact piece come into contact with or separate from the pair of static contact leading-out terminals. The first magnetizer is arranged at a side of the movable contact piece facing the static contact leading-out terminals.

The coil assembly is inside the yoke cylinder and provided with an iron core hole, the stationary iron core is provided in the iron core hole, the movable iron core is provided in the iron core hole and located between the yoke plate and the stationary iron core; the permanent magnets are mounted between the yoke plate and the coil assembly and positions thereof corresponds to a position of the movable iron core; a first spring is provided between the movable iron core and the stationary iron core, a second spring is provided between the movable iron core and the yoke plate.

Abstract: A relay of the present disclosure includes an insulation cover, a first yoke plate, a contact assembly, a driving assembly and a pressure relief valve assembly. The first yoke plate is connected with the insulation cover and encloses a contact chamber with the insulation cover. The first yoke plate is provided with a pressure relief hole. The driving assembly is connected with the movable contact piece and configured to drive the movable contact piece move. The pressure relief valve assembly is arranged on the first yoke plate and configured to close the pressure relief hole when a gas pressure in the contact chamber is less than a threshold and configured to be broken to open the pressure relief hole when the gas pressure in the contact chamber is greater than or equal to the threshold.

Abstract: A high-voltage DC relay convenient for quick assembly includes a housing, and load leading-out terminals, coil leading-out terminals and auxiliary leading-out terminals being provided with a connecting part for electrical connection with an external component. The connecting parts are respectively exposed to the housing; the connecting part of the load leading-out terminal is arranged at a top end of the housing; and the connecting parts of the coil leading-out terminal and the auxiliary leading-out terminal is arranged at a bottom end of the housing. Each connecting part has a welding plane for electrical connection with a corresponding one of the external components through quick welding. The present disclosure can realize the rapid welding assembly of products, maximize production efficiency of assembly and welding, and has characteristics of simple structure, low manufacturing cost and reliable electrical connection.
