    Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for continuously producing an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene by the ethylene slurry polymerization, wherein raw materials containing ethylene and optionally at least one comonomer are subjected to a continuous slurry polymerization in a hydrogen free atmosphere in the ethylene slurry polymerization condition by using 2-6 ethylene slurry polymerization reaction tanks connected in series, and the deviations of the polymerization temperatures, the polymerization pressures, and the gas phase compositions between the tanks each other are controlled to certain ranges. The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene having the viscosity-average molecular weight of 150-800×104 g/mol can be continuously produced. This process has flexible polymerization manner, large room for adjusting and controlling, and stable polymer performance.

Each control module is correspondingly connected to a power supply port. The communication interface of each control module is connected to the bus. The bus is a one-wire bus and is connected to a power line ground through a resistor. The control modules transmit value signals to the bus. The varied range of a first physical quantity of a bus signal carried by the bus is related to first physical quantities or second physical quantities of all target signals transmitted to the bus. The control module detects the first quantity of the bus signal through the communication interface and adjusts the operating parameter of the connected power supply port according to the varied range of the detected first physical quantity.

The method comprises the following steps: adjusting a temperature in a reformer of the solid oxide fuel cell system so that a mixed gas discharged from the reformer is at a detection temperature; sampling the mixed gas; detecting a gas sample to obtain a mole fraction of each gas, and calculating an equilibrium constant K1 of a Boudouard reaction according to the obtained mole fraction; calculating an equilibrium constant K2 of the Boudouard reaction according to thermodynamics; comparing K1 and K2, if K1 is less than K2, determining that there will be no carbon deposition in the solid oxide fuel cell system; and if K1 is greater than K2, determining that there will be carbon deposition in the solid oxide fuel cell system.

    Abstract: A circular utilization method in pulping and papermaking processes with straw Primary pulp is obtained by digesting straw raw material according to the ammonium sulfite method. Concentrated black liquor is extruded from the primary pulp; paper pulp and diluted black liquor. The concentrated black liquor and the diluted black liquor are mixed, and a contaminated condensate is obtained. A residual concentrate or the concentrated black liquor is used for preparing a fertilizer. The contaminated condensate is mixed with one or more of the waste material obtained from stock preparation, a crop byproduct or organic waste, and substrate or fertilizer is obtained by fermenting the nitrogen source of the contaminated condensate or ammonium sulfite, or using the contaminated condensate for desulfurizing flue gas. Ammonia and flue gas are reacted to obtain the ammonium sulfite as a digestion agent; and water from recycling is used in corresponding phases of the pulping process.
