  • Patent number: 7359352
Abstract: An apparatus and method for processing a data call in a private EV-DO wireless network system construct a data location register (DLR) and AN_AAA, which are essential to an EV-DO wireless network configuration, in a private EV-DO wireless network to block an EV-DO terminal from maintaining a public network session and allow the EV-DO terminal to maintain only a private network session within a private area in building the private EV-DO wireless network in an area where security is required, so that the public network connection is not established. Thus, it is possible to prevent information outflow through the Internet with a public EV-DO wireless network connection, to limit private service with respect to a terminal having no permission, and to block in advance illegal information outflow through the Internet with a private EV-DO wireless network connection.

  • Publication number: 20070165474
Abstract: A circuit for enabling a sense amplifier in a semiconductor memory device includes a delay unit for outputting the delayed sense amplifier enable signal as a sense amplifier enable delay signal after delaying a sense amplifier enable signal in response to a delay control signal; and a delay control unit for controlling an intensity of the delay control signal by receiving a reference signal having a temperature reduction dependent characteristic. The length of the sensing time can increase by adjusting the delay at the sense amplifier enable signal according to a temperature decrease when a memory cell is formed on a silicon on insulator, and the sense amplifier enabling circuit is formed on a bulk silicon layer. In addition, the enable time point in the sense amplifier can be smoothly adjusted, and the possibility of operation failure in the semiconductor memory device can be reduced by reducing the occurrence of the sensing failure at the sense amplifier.

  • Patent number: 7215953
Abstract: In a private wireless high-speed data system and data service method, a private pDLR for handling authentication of a terminal entering a private network and call processing is arranged in a private (premises) EV-DO wireless network and session information of the corresponding terminal is received from a data location register (DLR) of the public EV-DO network and is stored in a database of the private pDLR only when the terminal entering the private EV-DO wireless network requests the call connection for the first time, and the call authentication is performed. The call processing is performed using the session information for the corresponding terminal stored in the private pDLR in when the call connection is requested from the terminal entering the private network at least two or more times.

  • Publication number: 20070051398
Abstract: A frame for automatic umbrella style canopy tents and a tent including the frame are disclosed. In the tent frame, the spreaders, which expand or collapse the upper ribs in radial directions, are configured as extendible members, thus reliably locking the tent frame in an expanded state and securely maintaining a pitched state of the tent. In the tent frame of the present invention, each of the spreaders includes a first spreader part coupled to the upper rib and a second spreader part which is coupled to a spreader holder and into which the first spreader part is inserted such that the first spreader part is extendible, with a spring installed in the second spreader part and causing the first spreader part to be extended.

  • Publication number: 20060178146
Abstract: In a private wireless communication system and a mobile station (MS) control method using the same, the system informs an MS of its entrance into a private network using a system parameter message broadcast through a paging channel in order to control additional functions of the MS (e.g., a camera function, an MP3 player function, and a USB data communication function), and the MS transmits a registration message to the private wireless communication system through an access channel. The system determines whether the MS is registered in the private network based on the registration message from the MS, and if the MS is registered in the private network, controls the functions of the MS by writing a message for MS function control based on MS control information set in a database, and by and transmitting the MS function control message to the MS.

  • Publication number: 20040157607
Abstract: A method and system for employing a common data location register shared between public and private networks reduces an overload due to messages accompanied by an interface process when the public and private networks are interworked, and configure a cost-effective high-speed wireless data system. The high-speed wireless data system, includes an access network controller and a data location register. The controller is performing different authentication procedures according to a public network access node and a private network access node, assigning a UATI to each access node, managing a session of each access node, controlling transmission and reception data of each access node, requesting subscriber information to the common data location register and performing a transmission procedure based on received subscriber information, and transmitting a paging request to the common data location register and performing a reception procedure.

  • Publication number: 20040048610
Abstract: A method for matching subscriber states in a network in which a public land mobile network and a wired/wireless private network and a method for performing a call processing operation to manage state information of ANs (Access Nodes) according to incoming call reception and outgoing call transmission in a private network when a high-speed wireless data system uses the public and private networks. Where data communication is performed between two ANs coupled to the private network, the state information of the two ANs is updated according to states of the ANs performing the data communication. Even though one of the two ANs makes a call setup request through the public network, the number of paging message transmissions can be reduced and an error such as a paging non-response can be prevented.

  • Publication number: 20040023395
Abstract: The present invention relates to methods and compositions for the generation of high yield, super-productive transgenic plants that are disturbed in Ran/Ran-binding proteins-mediated cellular processes. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method for generating transgenic plants overexpressing in a sense or an antisense orientation Ran or various Ran-binding proteins to modify the biological processes in which those proteins are involved. These gene technologies provide ways to develop economically valuable super-productive crops the biomass and yields of which are increased 1.5-2.5 times or more those of currently available wild type crops. These increases in size and/or length can be seen in several organs of transgenic plants including leaf, stem, flower, roots, and seeds.
