  • Publication number: 20230399573
Abstract: Provided is a method of producing dechlorinated waste plastic pyrolysis oil. The method includes (S1) putting a waste plastic feedstock containing moisture into a reactor; (S2) pyrolyzing the waste plastic feedstock by heating the reactor to a target temperature Tf at a heating rate R1 of 2° C./min or less; and (S3) recovering pyrolysis oil pyrolyzed in the reactor. Step (S2) includes one or more temperature plateaus in which a predetermined temperature T1 is maintained at a temperature of 100° C. or higher for a predetermined time.

  • Patent number: 10975003
Abstract: Provided is an n-heptane production method including: a step of distilling a feed containing C6?, C7, and C8+ hydrocarbon components, removing the C8+ and C6? hydrocarbon components, and separating the C7 hydrocarbon component; a step of adding the separated C7 hydrocarbon component to a hydrogenation apparatus and hydrogenating the separated C7 hydrocarbon component; a step of adding the hydrogenated C7 hydrocarbon component to a simulated moving bed (SMB) apparatus and separating the hydrogenated C7 hydrocarbon component into an extract containing n-heptane and a raffinate containing other components; and a step of distilling the extract and separating the n-heptane in an extract column, wherein a purity of the produced n-heptane is 98 wt % or higher.

  • Patent number: 8975462
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing aromatic products (benzene/toluene/xylene) and olefinic products from an aromatic-compound-containing oil fraction, whereby it is possible to substitute naphtha as a feedstock for aromatic production and so make stable supply and demand, and it is possible to substantially increase the yield of high-added-value olefinic and high-added-value aromatic components, by providing a method for manufacturing olefinic and aromatic products from light cycle oil comprising a hydrogen-processing reaction step, a catalytic cracking step, an separation step and a transalkylation step, and optionally also comprising a recirculation step.
