Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device that includes a first processor that monitors whether screen updating is delayed based on a reference time associated with screen updating and generates a control signal that controls a screen updating time based on whether the screen updating is delayed, and a clock managing unit that controls a clock that is supplied to the electronic device in response to the control signal.
