The display panel includes a substrate including a display area and a peripheral area arranged to surround at least a portion of the display area, an insulating layer arranged on the substrate, a conductive layer arranged on the insulating layer and extending from the display area to the peripheral area, and an uneven layer arranged in the peripheral area and arranged on the conductive layer, wherein the conductive layer has at least one opening, a longest width of the one opening being greater than 0 ?m and less than 40 ?m.
