Abstract: A display apparatus having: a display main body provided with a screen; a base member supporting the display main body; and a cylinder assembly provided between the display main body and the base member to liftably support the display main body, wherein the cylinder assembly exerts a supporting force at least as great as a weight of the display main body. Thus, the present invention offers the display apparatus with a simple structure capable of fine variation of a height of the display main body. Further, the display main body is lifted easily with a small force.

Abstract: A monitor apparatus having a monitor main body, and a base member to support the monitor main body includes a stand member placed between the monitor main body and the base member, a base hinge to connect the stand member to the base member, so that the stand member is rotated relative to the base member and folded, and a rotation control unit to prevent and allow a rotation of the stand member relative to the base member. Thus, a package volume of the monitor apparatus is reduced, so that a cost to keep and move the monitor apparatus is saved, and an accident occurred when the stand member is suddenly rotated is prevented.

The hinge assembly has a tilting hinge provided between the display body and the stand to allow the display body to tilt relative to the stand; a pivoting hinge provided between the display body and the tilting hinge to allow the display body to pivot relative to the stand; and a swiveling hinge provided between the tilting hinge and the stand to allow the display body to swivel relative to the stand. Additionally, the display body can be installed on various kinds of arm stands in accordance with the VESA FDMI standard.

Abstract: A projection television having a CRT assembly projecting image beams and front and rear casings, respectively provided in a front and a back of the CRT assembly, and further having a pair of CRT brackets provided between the front and rear casings, to support the CRT assembly. The CRT bracket is made of a conductive metallic material, thereby reducing deformation and deterioration because of changes in temperature and humidity, discharging heat generated from the CRT assembly, and blocking EMI.

The control box is guided by the guiders and includes a rack positioned between a pair of curved surfaces in the rear of the control box and a pressing member pressing the curved surfaces of the control box by an elastic force of an elastic member mounted on a rear of the housing. Also included in the control box is a device combined with the rack to reduce the speed of the control box when the control box is drawn out of or inserted into the housing. The control box further includes a heart cam constraint device to stop the control box when the control box is inserted into the housing.
