  • Publication number: 20220270792
Abstract: Provided is a Fe-based soft magnetic alloy. A Fe-based soft magnetic alloy according to an embodiment of the present invention is expressed by the empirical formula FeaBbCcCudNbe, wherein a, b, c, d, and e represent atomic percents (at %) of corresponding elements and satisfy 78.0?a?84.5 and 15.5?b+c+d+e?22.0. Hence, the Fe-based soft magnetic alloy has a high saturated magnetic flux density and high permeability characteristics and thus can be utilized for small and lightweight components, and has low coercive force and low magnetic loss characteristics and thus very easily finds applications in high-performance/high-efficiency components. Furthermore, the Fe-based soft magnetic alloy can minimize the effect of heat treatment conditions in the implementation of uniform grains with a small particle diameter after heat treatment, thereby greatly facilitating the design of process conditions, and thus is very suitable in mass production.

  • Publication number: 20130292363
Abstract: A plasma torch includes a rear torch unit and a front torch unit which are connected through an insulating body. The insulating body is made of an insulator, is injected with gas required to generate plasma, and includes an inflow chamber that may move the injected gas. The rear torch unit coupled with a rear side of the insulation body communicates with the inflow chamber and has a magnetic coil generating a magnetic field within a cavity of the rear electrode wound around an outer circumferential surface thereof. The front torch unit disposed at a front side of the insulating body so as to face the rear torch unit communicates with the inflow chamber of the insulating body and has the front electrode disposed therein. The front torch unit does not include a magnetic coil winding the front electrode, and thus may be easily detached from the insulating body.

  • Patent number: 7665407
Abstract: The present invention relates to a cyclonic plasma pyrolysis/vitrification system pyrolyzing and vitrifying waste materials into exhaust gas and slag using a plasma torch. The plasma torch circulates the exhaust gas in a main reactor with a maximum circulating power by strong plasma jet, and makes flyashes contained in the circulating exhaust gas to be melted after being adsorbed at the inner walls or in the melted materials of waste at the bottom of the main reactor by a centrifugal force. Accordingly, discharge of flyashes containing toxic materials to the outside is prevented, and pyrolysis and gasification of the waste materials are induced by circulating the exhaust gas rapidly.
