  • Patent number: 11771787
Abstract: A disinfection system includes an ultraviolet disinfecting light, a controlling device, and an ultraviolet detecting device. The ultraviolet disinfecting light can be turned on or off under control. The controlling device controls the ultraviolet disinfecting light to be turned on or off. The ultraviolet detecting device is signally connected to the controlling device and is for detecting an intensity of the ultraviolet rays emitted by the ultraviolet disinfecting light. The controlling device controls the ultraviolet disinfecting light to increase an ultraviolet radiation dose of the ultraviolet rays emitted by the ultraviolet disinfecting light after the ultraviolet disinfecting light is turned on and the intensity of the ultraviolet rays is less than a predetermined intensity. An elevator equipment includes a car, a lift control device, and the disinfection system. In this way, the space can be disinfected with the ultraviolet rays to avoid insufficient disinfection effect.

  • Patent number: 6910478
Abstract: A direct-vent, gas fireplace assembly that is configurable into a top venting arrangement and alternately configurable into a rear venting arrangement includes a combustion chamber, an outer enclosure, a vent panel positioned between the combustion chamber and the outer enclosure, and an inlet/outlet subassembly. The combustion chamber utilizes outside air for the gas burner and the combustion by-products are exhausted to the outside by one of the two possible arrangements for the fireplace assembly. The vent panel is set at an approximate 45 degree angle and the inlet/outlet subassembly includes an outlet elbow having an approximate 45 degree bend. The outlet elbow includes a mounting plate that attaches to the vent panel. Depending on the orientation of the outlet elbow as mounted to the vent panel, the fireplace assembly can be configured as a top venting unit or as a rear venting unit.

  • Patent number: 6026805
Abstract: A vent-free, gas fireplace for providing heat, light, and an aesthetic view includes an outer shell arranged with a top panel, front panel, rear panel, and left and right side panels and a combustion chamber positioned within the outer shell so as to define a plurality of air chambers. The combustion chamber is arranged with a primary combustion portion for initial combustion of the gas which is supplied to the fireplace and a secondary combustion portion which includes a catalytic converter and which is designed to bum the emissions from the primary combustion portion. The plurality of air chambers defined between the outer shell and combustion chamber include a rear chamber and a top chamber and positioned within the top chamber is a heat shield which defines an interior volume. The interior volume of the heat shield is in flow communication with the rear chamber so as to direct air through the heat shield and out into the room.
