The thruster system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a canister on which a thruster is installed, and which is movable upward and downward in a hull; a wire controller which controls a wire connected with the canister and enables the upward and downward movement of the canister; and a ballast tank which is installed in the canister and filled with water in order to offset the buoyancy that is applied to the canister.
