Abstract: A method and apparatus that determine a time window based on a presentation schedule for a multimedia content in response to receiving the presentation schedule is described herein. The multimedia content is played according to the presentation schedule at a predetermined location. During the time window, an interactive user interface pattern is presented within a vicinity of the predetermined location. In response to receiving a user input via the interactive user interface pattern, a reward is generated during the time window.

Abstract: A method and apparatus that select presentation information for an electronic sign wirelessly placed within a proximity of one or more object items are described herein. The electronic sign displays the presentation information. An alert message is determined in response to a signal received from the electronic sign according to objects items in proximity locations of the electronic sign. The determined alert message is sent to the electronic sign to replace the displayed presentation information.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for determining the proximity between an electronic sign and one or more object items to transmit presentation information to the electronic sign are described. The determination may be based on a signal wirelessly generated from the electronic sign. The presentation information displayed at the electronic sign may describe the one or more object items. Locations of the one or more object items may be determined based on wirelessly received identifiers of the one or more objects items, a portable wireless device, and the electronic sign.

Abstract: A system, method, and article of manufacture is provided for compiling visual primitives of a transaction flow used by a transaction processing system. Visual primitives of the transaction flow are compiled into multiple routing instructions, which may be stored in a routing table. The routing instructions are then provided to the transaction processing system. The routing instructions are stored in a database contained in the transaction processing system. The routing table is converted into a native language of the transaction processing system. The system is also capable of accessing a series of routing instructions from a transaction processing system, compiling the routing instructions into visual primitives of the transaction flow, and displaying the visual primitives of the transaction flow on a visual display.
