Abstract: Systems and methods are described for generating record clusters. The methods comprise receiving a plurality of records from data sources and providing at least a subset of the records to a scoring model that determines scores for various pairings of the records, a score for a given pair of the records representing a probability that the given pair of records contain data elements about the same entity. The method further comprises generating a graph data structure that includes a plurality of nodes, individual nodes representing a different record from the records. The method also comprises assigning a different unique identifier to individual clusters of the final clusters and responding to a request for data regarding a given entity by providing aggregated data elements from those records of the records associated with a cluster of the final clusters having an identifier that represents the given entity.

The compounds and methods of the invention are particularly useful for the treatment of taxol-resistant human cancers, particularly cervical and breast cancer. Components of the compositions of the present invention show strong synergy with one another allowing them to be used in relatively low amounts for the treatment of stage IV or recurrent cancer which may have grown resistant to the traditional chemotherapeutic agents. These compositions comprise oridonin.

Abstract: A composition having phytoestrogenic and anti-cancer activity is described. The composition comprises wogonin, isoliquiritigenin, coumestrol, their pharmaceutically acceptable salts or esters, their selectively substituted analogs, or combinations thereof. The compositions may also include an anti-cancer agent and/or an immune stimulant. A method for treating or preventing cancer or an estrogen-related disorder includes administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compositions is described. The compositions are particularly useful in the treatment of hormone-related cancers.

Abstract: A composition comprising material from the following herbs: Panax pseudo-ginseng Wall, Isatis Indigotica Fort, Ganoderma lucidum Karst, Dendranthema morifolium Tzvel, Glycyrrhiza glabra L., Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Rabdosia rubescens, Serenoa repens. Preferably, the material from each of such herbs is an alcohol extract of dried, cut plants and of the Panax the pseudo-ginseng Wall and each of the other materials are present in a dried, weight-to-weight range of about 1:1-6. The composition is administered orally or by suppository.
