  • Patent number: 12621135
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to field of quantum cryptography that discloses method of optimizing performance of Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) protocol. Computing system (101) extracts one or more coincidence distribution sets generated from one or more timestamps detected during communication by one or more detector pairs associated with sender and receiver of communication. Further, computing system identifies one or more reference lines indicating signal value and noise value in each of one or more coincidence distribution sets. Thereafter, computing system determines time window in one or more coincidence distribution sets by iteratively adjusting one or more reference lines in incremental steps until at least one of, performance parameters, signal value and noise value within time window complies with predefined requirements. Finally, computing system optimizes performance of QKD protocol based on determined time window.

  • Publication number: 20240269106
Abstract: The present invention relates to substituted benzophenones of structural Formula I employed as small molecule inhibitor for controlling obesity. The present invention further relates to screening of small molecule inhibitors against p300 which selectively targets histone butyrylation thereby specifically inhibiting adipogenesis further aiding to prevention of weight gain. The present invention reveals that histone butyrylation increases during adipogenesis. Hence, inhibition of histone butyrylation by a small molecule inhibitor would be a promising therapeutic strategy to control obesity. Significantly, besides inhibiting adipogenesis in cellular model, it also prevents weight gain in high fat diet based mouse model system, indicating the possible use of the scaffold for obesity control.

  • Patent number: 11544285
Abstract: A device may receive, from a source system, data in a first format, data in a second format, or a combination of data in the first format and data in the second format. The device may identify a data format type, a hierarchy depth, levels, and objects at each of the levels for the data and may generate a template based on the data format type, the hierarchy depth, the levels, and the objects at each of the levels. The device may generate a query, for the data in the first format, based on the template and may execute the query, on the data in the first format, to generate query results associated with a target system. The device may process the query results, with the template, to generate output data in a third format associated with the target system and may perform actions based on the output data.

  • Publication number: 20200372371
Abstract: A system and method for optimizing solution identification for a problem is provided. The invention comprises generating multiple solutions for the problem by selecting population of datasets from a search space. Further, fitness of each generated solution is determined by utilizing a fitness approximation model for selecting solutions from the generated solutions for generating a next generation of solutions until the solutions converge based on a pre-determined convergence target. Further, solutions from the converged solutions are filtered by utilizing a filtering model for performing a concrete evaluation. The concrete evaluation is performed for identifying productive solutions and unproductive solutions from the solutions filtered from the converged solutions. Further, a feedback based on the concrete evaluation is provided. Furthermore, the solution identification for a problem is carried out iteratively until a termination condition is met.
