A simulation engine may execute play simulations of a player field on the golf course utilizing the course variables and output performance metrics with respect to simulated capture of balls, players, or both within the simulated coverage areas during play. The visualization system may provide field of view visualizations within the graphical display data comprising simulated field of view overlays representing the simulated coverage areas.
