  • Patent number: 11520679
Abstract: An overall access rating for each user in a plurality of users for accessing a computing resource of a set of computing resources is generated. Reduced performance of the computing resource is identified. Access metrics associated with each user in the plurality of users who are accessing the computing resource during the reduced performance of the computing resource are determined. The generated overall access ratings based on the determined access metrics are modified. Access to the computing resource is granted based on a ranking of the modified overall access ratings.

  • Publication number: 20220365984
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, a computer system and a computer program product dynamically identify a shared document, or a similar document. The method includes establishing a screen sharing session, where a presenter computing device transmits a first image of a shared document to a participant computing device. The method also includes generating one or more search parameters by scanning the first image using optical character recognition or object recognition in response to receiving the first image at the participant computing device. The method further includes performing a search of one or more memories accessible to the participant computing device using the generated one or more search parameters. Finally, the method includes displaying a prioritized list of search results.

  • Publication number: 20220360612
Abstract: Provided are a computer program product, system, and method for setting timers based on processing of communications using natural language processing. A communication is detected from a communicating participant transmitted within a group communication session implemented in a computer network in which the communicating participant is communicating with an additional participant through the group communication session. A natural language processor (NLP) module processes the detected communication to determine words comprising an expressed temporal commitment of the communicating participant. The expressed temporal commitment does not express a computer implemented command verb to perform an operation related to setting a time variable. A timer is set, in a computer user interface of the additional participant, to a time value based on the expressed temporal commitment in the detected communication.

  • Patent number: 11481088
Abstract: An approach is provided in which the approach displays, on a user interface during a first user session, a set of objects with a first level of detail based on a prioritization model. The approach adjusts the prioritization model based on a set of user selections to the set of objects captured during the first user session that indicates a second level of detail of at least one object in the set of objects. The approach displays the set of objects to the user on the user interface during a second user session based on the adjusted prioritization model.

  • Patent number: 11356794
Abstract: Upon an attempt to communicate through an audio input source in a voice session, a determination can be made whether an audio quality received from a user through the audio input source is below an audio quality threshold. In response to determining that the audio quality through the audio input source is below the audio quality threshold, a first voice input can be received from the user from a first position. A second voice input can be received from the user from a second position. A first volume of the first voice input from the first position can be compared to a second volume of the second voice input from the second position. Feedback can be provided to the user indicating whether the user is closer or farther from the audio input source based on the comparison.
