The individual layers of adhesive polymeric matrix material contained in the multi-layer, anti-acne patches provided, may contain identical or disparate combinations of agents constituting the anti-acne effective combination. The multi-layer, anti-acne patches may further contain enhancing agents which improve the efficacy of the anti-acne effective combination present therein.
