The base member includes at least one connecting component to permit interlocking engagement therewith, a covering configured to be connected to the base member to cover a portion of the base member, and, a fastening member including at least one fastening component configure to attach the covering to the base member. The covering is positioned intermediate to the fastening member and the base member such that the fastening component of the fastening member engages the connecting component of the base member thereby attaching the covering to the base member.
