The mechanical assembly may be insertable in the adaptor along an insertion direction and engageable to the adaptor when the first and second positioning elements correspond to one another. The adaptor may extend along the insertion direction from the second positioning element. The mechanical assembly may extend along the insertion direction from the first positioning element. The first and second positioning elements may be configured to interfere with engagement of the mechanical assembly to the adaptor when the first and second positioning elements do not correspond to one another.
