  • Patent number: 10404628
Abstract: A method may include receiving, via a voice channel and from a user device associated with a user, a request for information regarding a service provided to the user by a provider and determining whether the user device is configured to receive push notifications. The method may also include determining whether the user device is associated with a current customer of the provider, generating a link and an authorization token, in response to determining that the user device is not configured to receive push notifications and that the user device is associated with a current customer, and forwarding the link and the authorization token to the user device. The method may further include receiving an indication of a selection of the link via the user device and providing the requested information to the user device in response to receiving the indication of the selection of the link.
