Patent number: 12102344Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a medical device for snaring guidewire during endovascular procedure. The medical device includes a catheter and an elongate member. The catheter is deployed into a lumen of a blood vessel through a first vascular access point of a subject. The elongate member includes a distal tip mounted with a first magnetic element and configured to be insertable within the catheter. The elongate member is deployed in the lumen of the blood vessel by advancing through the catheter. The first magnetic element of the elongate member is configured to exert magnetic force to magnetically couple with a guidewire advancing within the lumen through a second vascular access point. The magnetic coupling of the elongate member and the guidewire facilitates attracting the guidewire into the catheter and draw out from the first vascular access point by withdrawing the elongate member while advancing the guidewire.Type: GrantFiled: June 14, 2021Date of Patent: October 1, 2024Assignee: MYODYNAMICS, LLCInventors: Ashwani Sastry, Sreejit Nair

Patent number: 11952292Abstract: A method of processing off gas from a chemical plant, where the off gas includes carbon dioxide and water. The processing of the off gas involves separating the off gas into a gas phase and a liquid phase and using one or more ion-exchange resin bed(s) and one or more granular activated carbon bed(s) to separate unwanted organic materials from the liquid phase. Based on this separation, water can be recovered that has less than 10 wt. % of the unwanted organic compounds originally in the liquid phase of the off gas.Type: GrantFiled: May 6, 2019Date of Patent: April 9, 2024Assignee: SABIC GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES B.V.Inventors: Muhammad Imran, Sreejit Nair, Deepak Sharma

Publication number: 20210095212Abstract: A process for producing valuable aromatic hydrocarbons from a crude or semi-crude shale gas stream. A crude or semi-crude shale gas stream including methane is introduced into a reactor that converts at least a portion of the ethane component into aromatic hydrocarbons. Unreacted methane, other hydrocarbons, and hydrogen may then be easily separated from the aromatic hydrocarbons. Because methane is not separated from the shale gas stream, the expensive and resource-consuming shale gas C1/C2+ separation step is avoided.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 4, 2019Publication date: April 1, 2021Inventors: Eswara Rao MUPPARAJU, Sreejit NAIR

Patent number: 10695539Abstract: Disclosed is a device for measuring a length of a tubular body structure. The device comprises an elongated tubular member having a proximal end and a distal end. The elongated tubular member comprises a plurality of radiopaque markers uniformly arranged on the distal end and a plurality of non-radiopaque markers uniformly arranged on the proximal end. The elongated tubular member also comprises a guiding head member coupled to the distal end of the elongated tubular member. A number of the radiopaque markers of a portion of the distal end of the elongated tubular member conforming to an affected portion of the tubular body structure enables in measuring a length of the affected portion, when the elongated tubular member is inserted through a skin entry site of the tubular body structure under fluoroscopy.Type: GrantFiled: March 24, 2017Date of Patent: June 30, 2020Assignee: MYODYNAMICS, LLCInventors: Ashwani Sastry, Sreejit Nair
