  • Patent number: 12236182
Abstract: A user experience repository may contain base layouts and variant metadata for applications of an enterprise. An application design platform may receive, from a designer, an indication of a selected base layout for a selected application and interact with the designer to create a user experience variant (e.g., a page layout). The designer may then define an assignment rule for the user experience variant, the assignment rule including custom logic and multiple user parameters (e.g., a user role, country, language, etc.), and the system may store information about the user experience variant and assignment rule. An enterprise application service platform may determine that a user is accessing the selected application and evaluate the custom logic of the assignment rule based on user parameters of the user accessing the selected application. In accordance with the evaluation, the system may arrange to provide the appropriate user experience variant to the user.

  • Patent number: 11321374
Abstract: Systems and methods to migrate unstructured objects such as, but not limited to, attachments and platform change documents from a database to a cloud-provided external object storage. The unstructured objects may be designated for migration based on their creation date and/or other characteristics. Migration of an object may include conversion of the object to a serialized file in an object notation format. The database may maintain a header of the migrated object indicating the location to which the object was migrated.

  • Patent number: 10412149
Abstract: Technologies are provided for implementing logical data object (LDO) web services. A web service definition can be received that comprises a LDO view and one or more service operation definitions. A LDO web service can be generated based on the web service definition and registered with a service endpoint. Web service requests received at the registered endpoint can be processed using the LDO web service. The runtime engine can perform service operations defined in the web service definition using one or more instances of the LDO associated with the LDO service. The LDO view can include one or more custom LDO extension nodes and/or extension data elements. A design-time application can be provided that comprises a user interface for creating a LDO web service definition. The created web service definition can be transmitted to an application server where a LDO web service can be generated based on the definition.
