Abstract: In one aspect, an example methodology implementing the disclosed techniques includes, by an eco fees classification service, receiving information regarding a product to classify and generating a feature vector for the product, the feature vector representing a plurality of relevant features determined from the information regarding the product to classify. The method also includes, by the eco fee classification service, predicting, using an eco fees classification engine, a commodity classification for the product based on the feature vector, and recommending the commodity classification for the product for use in determining an eco fee to apply to a sale of the product. In some aspects, the method may also include computing the eco fee to apply to the sale of the product based on the recommended commodity classification.

Abstract: Described are a computer-implementable method, system and computer-readable storage medium for providing common identity and access management of applications based on role-based access control (RBAC) model and access-based control (ABAC) model. A common model based on the ABAC model is implemented to support RBAC workflows and ABAC workflows. An RBAC management user interface receives the RBAC workflows which are converted to an ABAC model structure and implemented by the common model. An ABAC management user interface receives the ABAC workflows and is implemented by the common model.

A validation engine applies validation rules to determine a network solution topology to validate end user information handling system component selections. Invalid information handling system component selections are automatically corrected, disabled or hidden to ensure that end users select valid configurations.

A selector interface provides end user access to the component template to accept end user inputs for products and constraints.
