  • Patent number: 10838587
Abstract: In non-limiting examples of the present disclosure, systems, methods and devices for interacting with one or more electronic messages in a virtual space are presented. One or more avatars corresponding to the senders of a plurality electronic messages may be displayed within a virtual space. A user may navigate within the virtual space and execute one or more actions associated with an electronic message and/or its sender from the virtual space. In some examples, each of a plurality of electronic messages may be spatially arranged in the virtual space according to a corresponding message thread. In additional examples, each of a plurality of electronic messages may be spatially arranged in the virtual space based on a time that each message was sent or received.

  • Patent number: 10713489
Abstract: In non-limiting examples of the present disclosure, systems, methods and devices for identifying and presenting information of a target user are presented. A live video stream comprising a target user may be displayed on a display of an augmented reality computing device. Data associated with one or more images of the target user may be sent to a facial recognition service, which may determine that a social network account matches the target user based on facial feature recognition. Information associated with the matched social network account may be received, and the live video stream on the augmented reality computing device may be augmented with a display of the received information associated with the matched social network account. In some examples, the augmented reality computing device may be augmented with one or more social network actions that are executable based on matching a target user to a social network account.

  • Patent number: 10560662
Abstract: An instant meeting in the form of a video and/or audio call is initiated when a discussion thread becomes sufficiently active. Information about a discussion thread of two or more participants is stored and a number of messages related to the discussion thread from the two or more participants in a predetermined period of time is determined. When the number of messages related to the discussion thread within the predetermined period of time from the two or more participants exceeds a first threshold, a mean time between replies to messages in the discussion thread is calculated. The meeting or call for the two or more participants is established when the number of messages exceeds the first threshold and the mean time between replies to messages in the discussion thread is below the second threshold.

  • Publication number: 20190102625
Abstract: Entity attribute identification is provided. An entity attribute identification system includes components configured to receive a user query corresponding to a particular attribute, capture an image including an entity of interest (EOI), identify the EOI, retrieve information associated with the identified EOI, make a determination as to whether information associated with the identified EOI matches the particular attribute, and notify the user as to whether the identified EOI has an association with the particular attribute. In some examples, the entity attribute identification system uses augmented reality methods to mediate the user's visual perception of the environment with information associated with an identified EOI, such as information corresponding to whether the EOI has an association with the particular attribute.
