Abstract: A buffer board for a treadmill includes a bamboo strip portion and an endurable slide plate. The bamboo strip portion is composed of at least one longitudinal strip and at least one transverse strip. The longitudinal strip and the transverse strip are crosswise knitted to constitute a bamboo plate. The bamboo plate can be stacked one by one to form a stack of bamboo plates in a desired thickness for enhancing the strength of the buffer board. The endurable slide plate is attached on the bamboo plate or the stack of bamboo plates. A layer of rubber or foam is attached on the endurable slide board. The buffer board is applied to a running belt of the treadmill, with the bamboo plate to provide a better buffer effect.

Abstract: A skate having simplified accelerating device generally includes a truck having a plurality of rollers rotationally mounted thereunder. A boot is pivotally installed to the front portion of the truck by means of a shaft pin. The rear portion of the truck is provided with a mounting socket which has an opening at the top and a threaded portion at bottom. The threaded portion can be readily sealed by a plug having a dowel thereof. The boot is provided with a mounting boss corresponding to the mounting socket of the truck. A circular guiding post having a bottom flange is slidably inserted into the mounting socket of the truck. The top of the circular guiding post is fixedly connected to the mounting boss of the boot. The outer diameter of the flange of the circular guiding post is larger than the upper opening of the socket such that the circular guiding post is limited within the socket.

The stud is inserted in the rear end of the outer pipe. A first fastener positions the stud in the outer pipe and the elastic ring in the stud. A front end of the elastic ring is inserted in the inner pipe. The inner pipe is inserted in the front end of the outer pipe.

A light generating device is engaged in one end of the housing for generating light so as to provide a warning signal. A gas sprayer may be engaged in the cylindrical body when the housing is disengaged from the cylindrical body so as to form a defending device. A rod and other weight members may be engaged in the cylindrical body when the housing is disengaged from the cylindrical body so as to increase weight of the cylindrical body.

Abstract: A weighting device includes one belt engaged onto a user for exercise purposes and includes a number of pockets formed on the belt for receiving a number of weight members. Another belt has a middle portion secured to the middle portion of the previous belt and is engaged to the previous belt so as to force the weight members toward the users and so as to firmly retain the weight members in the pockets. The weight members may thus be prevented from moving relative to the users.

Abstract: An exerciser includes a support for supporting the arm of a user and a hand grip pivotally coupled to the support. A tube is fixed to the support. Two discs are slidably disposed in the tube. A spring is biased between the discs. A cable connects the hand grip to a disc distal to the hand grip. The hand grip is moved away from the tube against the spring force for training the wrist portion. A bolt is rotatably disposed in the tube and is threadedly engaged with the disc close to the hand grip. The two discs are moved toward or away from each other for adjusting the biasing force of the spring.

Abstract: A gripper device includes a handle and a tube pivotally coupled together, the handle is movable toward the tube for practising gripping exercise. Two discs are slidably engaged in the tube, and a spring is biased between the discs. One of the discs is coupled to the handle, and the other disc is threaded with a bolt which is rotatably engaged in the tube. The discs are moved relative to each other when the bolt is rotated such that the biasing force of the spring can be adjusted.
