  • Publication number: 20230205781
Abstract: Present disclosure provides a method and an electronic device (100) for providing information associated with content. The method includes receiving, by the electronic device (100), a query with respect to the content provided in an electronic document displayed by the electronic device (100) and tagging, by the electronic device (100), the received query with at least one context of a plurality of contexts. Further, the method includes determining, by the electronic device (100), information associated to the received query based on the context of the query; generating, by the electronic device (100), a knowledge graph comprising the determined information, and providing, by the electronic device (100), the knowledge graph to the received query as a collaborative virtual transparent overlay (CVTO). The knowledge graph comprises information associated with a specific context from plurality of information sources.

  • Publication number: 20230195975
Abstract: Present disclosure provides a method and an electronic device for performing imperfect emulation of a state of a model in an electronic device. The method includes determining, by an electronic device, a current state of at least one actual model of the electronic device and comparing, by the electronic device, the current state of the at least one actual model with at least one state of a reference model. The method also includes determining, by the electronic device, a target state to be achieved by the at least one actual model based on the at least one state of the reference model; determining, by the electronic device, a deviation of the current state of the at least one actual model with respect to the target state to be achieved by the actual model; and modifying, by the electronic device, the current state of the at least one actual model to emulate the target state to be achieved by the at least one actual model based on the at least one state of the reference model.

  • Patent number: 9699262
Abstract: The embodiments provide a system and method for providing integrated view of applications installed in multi-platform environment. The method includes creating a connection between server(s) in a cloud and a client device using a connection broker. Further, the method includes providing a list of remote applications installed in at least one Operating System (OS) of the server on the client device, where each remote application generates a remote graphical view. Furthermore, the method includes allowing a user of the client device to select a remote application, and launching the selected remote application on the server. Furthermore, the method includes displaying, on the client device, an integrated view where including the remote graphical view of the launched application and local graphical views of local applications installed in OS of the client device.

  • Patent number: 8463912
Abstract: A method and system that uses a thin client solution in a mobile network is disclosed. The thin client is not required to be equipped with an execution environment; rather, the client is used as a display device for applications that run on remote servers. Applications such as E-mail client, browser and others execute on a remotely located server, but use the client as a display and input device. The client is equipped with a speech input device, which receives speech input and transmits it to the server for interpretation or recognition at the server. Because bandwidth is limited, a method of combining requests that are transmitted and received between the client and one or more servers is contemplated, which method results in a reduction of traffic between the client and the server(s). The server, which runs applications that are used and accessed by a user via the client, maintains application state on the server.
