    Abstract: A method and apparatus for substrate processing and a cluster tool including a transfer chamber assembly and a plurality of processing assemblies. Processing chamber volumes are sealed from the transfer chamber volume using a support chuck on which a substrate is disposed. A seal ring assembly is coupled to the support chuck. The seal ring assembly includes an inner assembly, an assembly bellows circumscribing the inner assembly, and a bellows disposed between the inner and outer platform. An inner ring is disposed between inner assembly of the seal ring assembly and the bottom surface of the support chuck. An outer ring disposed between the seal ring assembly and the lower sealing surface of the process chamber wall. The support chuck is raised to form an isolation seal between the processing chamber volume and the transfer chamber volume using the bellows, the inner ring, and the outer ring.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for facilitating wireless communication of a wearable device. In one aspect, a wireless device receives a paging message from a cellular network, via a wireless link between the wireless device and a companion device. The paging message can be received while a cellular modem of the wireless device is operating in reduced power mode and not registered with the cellular network, and the companion device is registered with the cellular network. The wireless device can transition the cellular modem from the reduced power mode to an active mode in response to receiving the paging message via the wireless link with the companion device. The wireless device can register with the cellular network after the modem has transitioned to active mode, to establish a cellular link directly with the cellular network.

In aspects, methods and systems for autonomously returning a user equipment (UE) from a 2G (2nd generation)/3G (3rd generation) network to an LTE (Long Term Evolution) network are provided. The UE may store a flag to note whether a current circuit switched (CS) call in the 2G/3G network is a result of a CSFB. The UE, in response to detecting a termination of the current CS call in the 2G/3G network and determining that the terminated call was a CSFB call (e.g., from the status of the flag), may trigger a mobility mechanism to autonomously return the UE to the LTE network.
