Abstract: A guide assembly includes a guide having a first attachment portion and a second attachment portion, an aimer arm coupled to the first attachment portion of the guide and having a distal portion configured to engage a bone surface, a surgical instrument coupled to the second attachment portion of the guide and defining a longitudinal axis that is substantially co-radial with the distal portion of the aimer arm, and one or more depth limiting elements configured to limit movement of a distal end of the surgical instrument beyond a preset location along the longitudinal axis. The distal portion of the aimer arm has an aiming feature configured to contact a bone surface. A portion of the aimer arm extends beyond the longitudinal axis of the surgical instrument.
