The second valve assembly including a second valve housing connected to the first valve housing, the second valve housing defining a second valve bore, and a second valve poppet extending from a plunger movably disposed within the second valve bore. The second valve poppet extending into the first valve bore and being arranged to selectively engage the first valve poppet.
