  • Publication number: 20260223970
Abstract: A helmet includes a helmet shell having ridges protruding therefrom. The ridges being laterally spaced from one another to define shell channels therebetween which extend from a front section of the helmet shell towards a back section of the helmet shell. The helmet shell has a peak interface section extending along the outer surface and transversely across the ridges and the shell channels. The helmet also includes a peak connected to the helmet shell and comprising a helmet interface section adapted to engage with the peak interface section, and a forward section extending from the helmet interface section and having a forward edge. The peak has openings defined therethrough to enable air flowing under the peak to flow through the openings and towards the back section of the helmet shell. Each one of the ridges and the shell channels is aligned with respective openings of the peak.

  • Patent number: 11510814
Abstract: A pair of electric goggles is disclosed. The goggles include a conductive lens mounted onto a frame adapted to be electrically connected to an electric socket in order to raise the temperature of the lens, when powered. The goggles are provided with a strap for attaching to a helmet, the strap has a strap clip designed to have the electric socket attached thereto. The electric socket is meant to be electrically connected to a power supply via a power cable. With the combination of a strain relief clip located below the electric socket, the power cable can be positioned in a predetermined configuration, which unencumbers the user from the power cable when detaching or removing the goggles.

  • Publication number: 20140260772
Abstract: The present document describes a lever guard and handlebar extender kit for a motorcycle having a handlebar and a lever mounted thereon. The handlebar comprises a hollow portion having an open end, a handlebar grip and a handlebar end cap mounted within the hollow portion and covering the open end. The kit comprises: a handlebar extender for replacing the handlebar end cap, the handlebar extender capable of adopting a plurality of positions between a retracted position and an extended position, any one of the plurality of positions providing an extension to the handlebar allowing displacement of the handlebar grip on the handlebar over the extension thereby providing additional space on the handlebar; and a lever guard for mounting to the handlebar using the additional space and, once mounted, the lever guard extending in front of the lever thereby providing substantial protection from objects coming toward the lever from the front.
