Abstract: The present invention provides a computer-based system and method for brokering transactions between sellers and a buyer of goods or services, the system including computer having the requisite software and hardware to provide a database, a provider portal, and a consumer portal. Preferably, the database contains a hierarchical listing of services being offered and options and information associated with them. The provider portal and consumer portal are configured to gather specified information so that a transaction based on the information can be formed.
