Abstract: A reclining poolside chair for sitting adjacent to a pool or other body of water. The reclining poolside chair includes a seat member and a seatback affixed substantially perpendicular to the seat member. The seat member includes a plurality of protrusions extending downwardly from a front end and a rear end of the seat member, wherein a front set of protrusions comprise a length greater than a rear set of protrusions, such that the seat member reclines at an angle in relation to a ground surface. The plurality of protrusions further include a non-slip attachment removably secured to a distal end of each protrusion. In an alternative embodiment, a pair of arm rests are disposed on lateral sides of the reclining poolside chair and a plurality of apertures are disposed along a rear end of the seat member.
