  • Publication number: 20250184745
Abstract: Various arrangements for implementing a cellular network slice using a template are provided. Some number of client slice parameters can be defined by a client. Based on these parameters, a predefined cellular network slice template can be selected from a library of predefined cellular network slice templates. A new cellular network slice is then defined using the selected predefined cellular network slice. Cellular network access can be granted to the client via the defined cellular network slice and feedback on the performance of the cellular network slice is provided. Based on the client feedback and parameters of the defined cellular network slice, the predefined cellular network slice template in the slice template library is updated.

  • Publication number: 20250080967
Abstract: A method is disclosed for facilitating work-related tasks on a device with a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM). The method includes providing a work profile to access work-related tasks over a work network; retrieving identity data from the SIM; verifying the device based on the identity data; enabling, after a successful verification of the device, access to the work network via a SIM network associated with the identity data; and activating, after the successful verification, the work profile. This method provides a secure way to manage work profiles on devices, ensuring that only authorized users can access work-related resources and enhancing productivity in a work environment.

  • Publication number: 20250048104
Abstract: Enhancing cybersecurity protection during data packet transportation. This involves selecting transport paths differing by a respective modality with one or more processors and associating a plurality of bins, each with a respective modality of a respective transport path. The data packets are split into packets of the bins and formatted based on the associated modality. The respective data packets of each of the bins are transported with the respective transport path of the transport paths. The count of the transport paths is greater than one.

  • Publication number: 20240224074
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for improving network performance including tracking wireless signal data associated with one or more wireless networks and dynamically adjusting network parameters of the one or more wireless networks to meet service level agreement requirements based on the wireless signal data are described. Smart probes may be positioned within an environment and configured to acquire the wireless signal data and transmit the wireless signal data to a wireless network controller. The wireless network controller may acquire the wireless signal data from the smart probes, acquire network performance data from one or more computing devices using the one or more wireless networks, detect a deviation in network performance based on the wireless signal data and the network performance data, and cause one or more network parameters of the one or more wireless networks to be adjusted in response to detection of the deviation in network performance.

  • Publication number: 20240147309
Abstract: A method of operating a communication system includes: obtaining location information indicating a location of a private network and initial performance requirement information indicating initial performance requirements of the private network; obtaining, based on the location information and the initial performance requirement information, initial spectrum information indicating one or more initial licensed frequency bands and one or more initial unlicensed frequency bands; transmitting the initial spectrum information to an external device; obtaining updated performance requirement information indicating updated performance requirements of the private network; obtaining, based on the updated performance requirement information, updated spectrum information indicating one or more updated licensed frequency bands and one or more updated unlicensed frequency bands; and transmitting the updated spectrum information to the external device.

  • Publication number: 20230379785
Abstract: Providing expandable network slices that may increase in geographic coverage area on-demand include includes enabling a user equipment device (UE) to operate on a network slice instance on a first Next Generation Node B (gNB) associated with a first cell in a 5G NR cellular network. While the UE is operating on the network slice instance, the system detects mobility of the UE that may require handover from the first gNB associated with the first cell on which the UE is operating to a second gNB associated with a second cell, in which the first gNB and second gNB belong to different tracking areas. While the UE is operating on the network slice instance, the system deploys and activates the same network slice instance on the second gNB that is associated with the second cell based on the detection of mobility of the UE.
