  • Patent number: 7708280
Abstract: A poker game wherein conditions for a player's hand(s) and a dealer's hand(s) are different such that the player may have different probabilities of winning than the dealer. Payouts are adjusted such that the player's hands are disadvantaged compared to the dealer (e.g., the dealer can have more cards in the dealer's hand) so that the player's payouts may be more than even money to compensate for long odds.

  • Patent number: 7661677
Abstract: A wager for casino craps which allows a player to win when a come out shooter makes a hard point (e.g. rolls 2/2 or 3/3 or 4/4 or 5/5), and then the shooter makes the point (before the shooter rolls a seven) with the same hard point (e.g. 2/2 or 3/3 or 4/4 or 5/5). If the shooter does not roll a hard point (1/1 and 6/6 are considered ‘craps’ and are not points) or the shooter rolls a hard point on the come out roll but does not make the same hard point before rolling a seven (or makes the point without rolling the hard point), then the player loses the wager.

  • Publication number: 20080258388
Abstract: A wagering game which reveals two separate hands. Upon revealing a partial hand from each hand, payouts on which poker hand are updated to reflect the current situation. The player then can decide to make further bet(s) on which poker hand he or she thinks will ultimately have the higher poker rank and the current updated payout. When all of the cards are ultimately revealed in each hand, all wagers are then resolved.

  • Patent number: 7335099
Abstract: The embodiments of present invention provide a method for playing wagering games with dominoes. According to a first embodiment of the present invention, a player first places a wager and a dealer then deals three dominoes each to the player and the dealer. The player is then afforded the opportunity to inspect the three dominoes and to arrange their orientation to produce a top hand and a bottom hand defined by a separating line of each domino. The top hand rank is determined by spot values above the separating line and the bottom hand rank is determined by the spot values below the separating line. The dealer arranges their dominoes in the same fashion as the players. Once the arrangements are complete, the player's wager is resolved by evaluating the player's top and bottom hand to the dealer's top and bottom hand in a predetermined fashion.

  • Patent number: 7316397
Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention provide a method of playing wagering games with dice, or other gaming indicia. According to a first embodiment of the present invention, a shooter places a wager and rolls a pair of standard six-sided dice. The shooter then rolls the dice repeatedly until either the sum of the two dice is less than, or equal to, the previous sum rolled, or the number of rolls qualifies for a maximum game payout. Once the shooter stops rolling, the total number of rolls is compared with a pay table and the wager is resolved. The embodiments of the present invention may be implemented in a live table game version or electronic version.
