Patent number: 11962315Abstract: A phase-locked loop comprises a voltage controlled oscillator. The voltage controlled oscillator comprises an inductor and a capacitor, connected in parallel, and also connected in parallel therewith, a negative resistance structure. A first terminal of the negative resistance structure is connected to respective first terminals of the inductor and the capacitor. A second terminal of the negative resistance structure is connected to respective second terminals of the inductor and the capacitor. The negative resistance structure exhibits a tunable capacitance, such that a frequency of an output of the voltage controlled oscillator can be tuned by a control input signal, and the control input signal is generated in the phase-locked loop. The negative resistance structure comprises first and second transistors.Type: GrantFiled: March 31, 2020Date of Patent: April 16, 2024Assignee: TELEFONAKTIEBOLAGET LM ERICSSON (PUBL)Inventors: Aravind Tharayil Narayanan, Staffan Ek, Lars Sundström, Roland Strandberg

Publication number: 20140296877Abstract: The invention relates to a device for removal of bothersome acrochordons or skin tags from the skin. The device has an adhesive surface which allows manipulation and locking of the skin tag in such a way that acrochordon ectomic strangulation can occur without anesthetic or risk for bleeding or infections. The device includes three parts with one or several surfaces, the edges of which can be pivoted, folded, rotated or bent in relation to each other, whereby a more or less elastic strangulation of the skin tag causes an occlusion of the blood flow. The skin tag is simultaneously sealed to the skin surface and concealed by the device which makes the painless ectomic process cosmetically acceptable.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 12, 2014Publication date: October 2, 2014Inventor: Staffan Sundström

Patent number: 5913849Abstract: A heat dressing for treatment of skin areas and comprising a heat generating unit and a liquid-absorbing adhesive layer which prior to use is coated with a strippable release layer. The adhesive layer is preferably of a hydrocolloidal material and may optionally contain one or more medicaments or be coated with alginate fibre mats. The heat generating unit generates heat preferably by means of galvanic or chemical energy, and the heat dressing may further comprise elements for controlling the heat development and/or the surface temperature.Type: GrantFiled: November 4, 1996Date of Patent: June 22, 1999Assignee: Coloplast A/SInventors: Staffan Sundstrom, Lars Sch.o slashed.nfeldt, Peter Boman Samuelsen

Patent number: 5147339Abstract: A dressing material for the treatment of wounds comprises a dressing and corpuscles which are placed on or may be placed on the dressing, most frequently by means of an irreversible adhesive connection, and which contains at least one substance which is active in wound care. The corpuscles consist of a solid, continuous, hydrophobic, biologically inert, water-insoluble matrix which is stable at temperatures below 50.degree.C. and which contains at least one hydrophilic, discontinuous phase in which one or more biologically active substances are dispersed, dissolved or are present as a coating thereon. As active substances may for example be used EGF (epidermal growth factor) EGF-urogastron, immunoglobulines, antiseptics, antibiotics, antiinflammatory agents, proteolytics and local anaesthetics, heparin and vasodilators.Type: GrantFiled: May 31, 1989Date of Patent: September 15, 1992Assignee: Coloplast A/SInventor: Staffan Sundstrom
