    Abstract: This disclosure describes a system for enabling a subscriber to use a device to submit a session improvement request to a server of an access network. In one aspect, the method is performed by a service provider's server and may include: receiving from the access network a first request message transmitted by the user's communication device to the access network and a source address; and in response to receiving the first request message, generating a response to the first request and transmitting the response to the source address, wherein the step of generating the response comprises: determining whether computer code for transmitting a second request message to a server of the access network should be included in the response, wherein the determination is based at least in part on the source address.
