  • Publication number: 20260198121
Abstract: A liner for an isolation structure is formed in a device layer of a semiconductor device using one or more high dielectric constant (high-k) dielectric materials. The high-k dielectric material(s) of the liner have a dielectric constant that is greater than the dielectric constant of silicon nitride (SixNy), which enables increased passivation to be achieved for the isolation, and enables reduced current leakage to be achieved for integrated circuit structures in the device layer. The isolation structure and/or the liner may be formed by processes that are compatible with subsequent layers and/or structures that are to be formed in the semiconductor device.

  • Publication number: 20210328799
Abstract: The technology presented herein enables a new network element to be authenticated to other network elements automatically. In a particular embodiment, a method provides determining a current time relative to a first time. The first time is known to the new network element and a provisioning network element. The method further provides generating first beacon data using seed data stored on the new network element and the current time and generating keying data using the first beacon data and identification information associated with the new network element. The method also provides identifying a first one-time pad (OTP) from the keying data and using the first OTP to encrypt an authentication request for transfer from the new network element to the provisioning network element.

  • Patent number: 10768324
Abstract: A method, including: generating a velocity model for a subsurface region of the Earth by using a full wavefield inversion process; generating an impedance model for the subsurface region of the Earth by using a full wavefield inversion process; and estimating pore pressure at a prediction site in the subsurface region by integrating the velocity model and the impedance model with a velocity-based pore pressure estimation process.
