The additive comprises a carbon monoxide; a tetraalkylammonium hydroxide compound; a tetraalkylphosphonium hydroxide compound; a multi-centered metal carbonyl cluster; an organic isonitrile; a cyanide compound having at least one cyano group bound to other than a carbon atom; and afluoride compound.
