The assemblage is configured by an operator inputting parameters to calibrate the array of sensors to trigger the vacuum motor to apply sufficient suction to harvest agricultural produce at a specified degree of ripeness. Components of the operating assemblage are connected to a power source responsive to real time communication via an electronic device equipped with at least one Wi-Fi chip set or Bluetooth capability.
